Briscoe was a bit overshadowed by the excellent play of Willis and Ulis, and even by Skal's good shooting night, but Briscoe had an excellent game that shouldn't be overlooked.

15 points, 6 assists and 0 turnovers, 6 rebounds, and 2 steals. 5-6 from the FT line.

I'll take that from a point guard all day, every day. In my opinion, Briscoe's ability to consistently hit that 12-15 footer from the elbow and his ability to consistently hit free throws makes Kentucky a completely different team.

I totally agree. Briscoe plays hard every game and is tough as nails on the defensive end. And if he can continue this performance offensively, it takes this team to another level. Willis looks to finally figure out how to stay on the floor with playing better defense and rebounding the ball. Ulis seems to score whenever he wants.

Hell, I would take that line from Ullis every night.. but just think if Tyler can stay consistent and Briscoe can average anywhere close to that, I would feel as though this squad has a run in them

Briscoe is a stopper on the defensive side. Whatever he contributes on the offense is a bonus. It is very good to see him hit these mid-range jumpers. They add another scoring threat and puts more pressure to defend these Cats.
