How do UK fans still spell Calipari wrong?
Tyler Ullis, John Walls, Karl Townes, Josh Harrelson, and Terrance Jones wonder also.

People really get mad at putting an extra "L" in Ulis? Or one less on Harrellson? Or replacing an "E" with an "A" in Terrence?
Seeing as how adding an "S" actually changes how you pronounce the name, I get that, that makes no sense. But the other mistakes are not a big deal at all.
People need to get off their high horse. It's a message board. Not a spelling bee.
Fans see these players' names on television all the time, in articles repeatedly, on this board being discussed every day... and still spell the names wrong. That's embarrassing.
It's like when people call me Kernel. I ain't no gotdamn hunk of popcorn, son.

First off, I've never seen anyone on here call you "Kernel."
Second off, they display the names on tv for a small period of time, most of which is down during non game, when most people aren't paying attention.
It's not embarrassing when it's proncounced the same. It is embarrassing when you spell a players' name to the effect of changing the pronunciation then yeah, I get it. But otherwise If you think that's embarrassing than you need to set bigger goals in life, honestly.
