Is going to be moving to Wide Reciever. Wonder if he regrets staying? If he is all for it then he is a team player.

Miller told SI.com on Thursday that he has been catching passes from teammates J.T. Barrett and Cardale Jones since the spring and is planning to play an H-back receiver role and punt returner this season for the defending national champion Buckeyes.

Miller is a two-time Big Ten Player of the Year at quarterback but missed the 2014 season with a shoulder injury.

"It's a long process to get back totally to throwing and throwing every day," Miller told SI. "This is the smarter thing for right now, God blessed me with a lot of talent and different opportunities. I'm going to have fun with that and still score a lot of touchdowns and help the team out and be dominant at that."

I think it's a smart move for him. His future in the nfl will be a lot brighter catching passes rather than throwing them. Think he would be drafted at either position but I think he will be a great pro slot receiver.

This is probably the best move for him for his NFL future. It shows he is willing to sacrifice for the team....but also smart as this will ensure he gets playing time every game and may get some serious run at WR if he does well leading up to the season and can catch.

I hate OSU. I just do not see anyone beating them, unless a SEC team gets in the playoff (Which one? Not seeing a 1 loss SEC team right now but hope I'm wrong. Maybe a 2 loss team gets in?).

OSU will be dominated this year. Hate saying that. They will steam roll everyone on their schedule. I'm not sure anyone can give them even the slightest challenge. Penn St? Michigan?

Don't look now but OSU is on target to land another stellar recruiting class. Urban Meyer is getting it done

Yeah I don't see them losing to anybody barring a lot of injuries. Meyer will have OSU dominant for a long time.

OSU has always recruited well. This is nothing new.
Urban Meyer is recruiting a different breed of athletes at Ohio State. Tressel and Cooper both recruited well and put a lot of kids in the NFL, but Meyer seems to be recruiting more nationally than Tressel or Cooper ever attempted. And it does leave a lot of great Ohio High School kids looking for another school. I bet there are now about 8 to 10 kids in the State of Ohio that would of been playing at Ohio State under Tressel or Cooper, but Meyer is taking the cream of the crop in State and getting the rest of his recruits from elsewhere.

I am so excited.

Oh I agree with everything you said. I didn't think Meyer could do it but he is. It will be interesting to see if he can maintain this level if recruiting once some traditional powers that are currently down regain their status. We benefit from it but I hate OSU and don't want them to succeed in anything.

Yep, they are way ahead of anyone else in their league at the moment, and obviously took care of Alabama and Oregon (easily) last season with their 3rd string QB, when all the preseason predictions were that they were still a year away.

Bama should have won that game. I give OSU credit. They fought and played great, but Bama got Kiffined. Very frustrating game to watch.
