Probably biggest move in sec…this likely catapult lsu in pecking order and more importantly for Ky…..weakens a foe we play regularly today

UK probably plays LSU & Mizzou 2025

Good hire by Kelly, now he needs an OC

Quite a few SEC teams were feeling really good about getting in playoffs in 24. OM is one and as much as they have spent on improving their defense this portal season I see their optimism. But I just have a hard time understanding why loading up with multiple players from a team that won 7 games is suppose to make you alot better. Missouri is upset losing their DC because they also think they are in the playoffs in 24. They may have lost more production than anyone outside F$U. They are so sure the fans want to promote a current staff member to DC so they can keep same system. I thought this was interesting, Missouri fans want to lock Drink in with a 15m a year contract. My question is who wants him?

Agree about Drink Grump - Drink was on the hot seat - NIL happens and Mizzou wins - wow isn't interesting how 5 star receivers and a good QB can change a program and the feelings about a head coach!

Go Big Blue!

TN propaganda machine is cranking out Playoff '24 for the Orange. Pushing the $8M Dollar Man for the Heisman too. They also penciled them in for CFP in '23 but nary a mention after their 4 loss flop.

You're right, OM will be fun to follow. They'll either burst onto the national scene or, more likely, wallow in mediocrity. No in between.

Didn't the vols lose something like 10 starters on D? The longer he is around Chumlee gets more and more like Lincoln Riley, he is getting way more out of that Bama win than he should. But like Riley the next important game he wins will be the first.

Like you said Drink goes from the hot seat a year ago to the greatest after 1 season above medicore season. They should be decent offensively, but just lost their DC and something like 10 defensive starters. Vols have proclaimed UGA out of playoffs and 5 losses in 24. Sure that could happen, but looking like we will return 9 starters on O from the Orange Bowl and 7 on D plus both kickers..

But Vols are feeling it after blaming Iowa in whatever bowl they played. But SEC teams are getting accustomed to the pace, his route tree is middle school level, he just takes advantage of teams getting lined up slow.

To be fair they developed Brady Cook. He went from a below replacement level player to a damn good QB.

Yup. The entire university, the entire state of Missouri are committed to doing whatever necessary to maximize NIL assistance to Mizzou football.

Can't help but wish our administration and state government were just as motivated.
