Best Wishes, Moderators

They must be on Christmas break, because they are doing a terrible job of getting rid of the obvious trolls. There's one in this thread that's been running wild since the moment we lost. Pitiful. Reporting their posts does no good either.

False. It may not always be decided how the reporting party wants, but we do not ignore any reports.

See response above.
Everyone knows he's a UL fan posing as a UK fan. He's been called out on it probably hundreds of times by numerous posters. I guess he's just subtle and sarcastic enough that it doesn't warrant banning. Look at his avatar pic. You know why he picked that one? Remember the tongue controversy on the wildcat logo back in the day? Go back and read about 10 of his previous posts if you don't believe me, and the other numerous posters who know he's actually a UL fan.

All of you guys do a great job overall though. I know it's hard policing the most active sports messageboard on the planet, especially after a loss. I'm just trying to help you out a little bit in identifying some of the ones you may have missed.

You guys do a excellent job. I can only imagine the time people waste reporting other posters who have opinions different from their own. I find it halarious someone would actually take time to report another poster, is this 3rd grade all over again?

Maybe I don't understand how this message board works. I thought that if a poster is vulgar or abusive, then they get banned due to non-civility? That seems proper and allows all views and opinions to be expressed - as long as the poster is not threatening, verbally attacking or belittling another poster. Doing that is not legitimate discussion. But being a fan of another team other than UK, whether they attempt to "hide" that fact or not is relevant how?

These "troll" alerts are sophomoric. Every time I read a post where somebody calls another poster a troll and then whines with indignation with incredulity that the moderators haven't banned the troll, I think "is this really another adult"? It sounds so childish. I don't think the moderators should in any way try to identify "trolls" and ban them. I say man (or woman) up. If you don't agree with someone's view, express why you think it's wrong. If you can't, don't go crying to mommy to ban the troll.
