I’m mainly a football fan but follow UK basketball because I actually graduated from the school and enjoyed going and seeing a game growing up. I don’t understand the entitled fans that demand UK spend 100 million dollars to get “The Hot” basketball coach .If UK is truly the unstoppable blue blood they don’t need the hot name only the right name . My gosh the dude at Indiana State came from freaking LMU and has built a team that this year was competitive with anybody . If a good coach can do that , the right coach with UK resources and history ( the blue blood status entitled fans say is their due) can be a contender immediately he doesn’t have to be a big name to kill it lol he will be a big name after he gets it done . Very few on this board had info on the “other Hurley “ until last year or so lol . So if Mitch is worth his salt he will get the right guy without 100 million vanity plate . Heck Billy G was the hot name and how did that go?
