Just got back from the Arboretum, they have put up the black construction plastic and there is earth moving equipment on site. Is 2019 the first season in new park?
Glad to hear that. Have four season tickets and on the waiting list for two more beside me.Just got back from the Arboretum, they have put up the black construction plastic and there is earth moving equipment on site. Is 2019 the first season in new park?
Yes. Think the completion date is late 2018.Is 2019 the first season in new park?

Row 11 and row 12 behind home plate. They let me pick them so I got the end of the row.Where are your seats located?
Don't hold me to this because my wife pays all the bills but I believe each ticket for the season is a whopping $55.Live in Louisville , but several of us are interested in season tickets...we also have fb tics so what is the price range? Thank you.

Had to go look after you posted your section. I'm in section B also. I'm really looking foward to the new stadium.$55 is correct for the reserve seats. $35 for general admission. I'm in section B row 17. I've had those seats since 2011.

Just a question...any discounts for seniors or veterans?$55 is correct for the reserve seats. $35 for general admission. I'm in section B row 17. I've had those seats since 2011.
How many home games in a season? Do you attend most or all of them? The SEC has some good teams so you get to watch highly rated programs.

One thing I will add about Cliff Hagan Stadium is the parking situation sucks.
And 10 minutes from CWS. Good exercise on a nice day.Never understood that comment. They always have the tennis parking structure open for games that draw a big crowd, probably a 5 minute walk, at most. I don't see that as being a big problem.
Maybe a stupid question. Why can't they use local firms to build it and save some money? UK has engineering and architectural schools to help design it. I'm sure there are local alumni willing to provide help. 50 million for a 2500 seat field seems awfully high.
Building costs are very expensive now a days, and it is not just a cookie cutter stadium, it will have all the bells and whistles, and can be expanded easily enough at a later date if needed. Suites, indoor batting cages, indoor pitching mounds, club house, major video capabilities, a concourse all around the stadium, loads of parking, plenty os radio and TV access booths etc. IOW, a true baseball gem !Wanted a new stadium, but this is way to expensive for what we are getting! I was a contractor on the renovation of "the Cliff", and we donated our work, just like a lot of other contractors. Been a contractor for 44 years, and this cost to construct, for what the project encompasses,is absurd! I'm a great supporter of UK baseball, but this kind of cost is certainly not justified by the scope! Wanted a new stadium, with more capacity, but not at this low capacity and absurd cost!
