Baseball America ranked UK's transfer class #6 overall, for what that is worth. No idea if it is right or valid, but I'd rather see us #6 than #26 I guess, right?

I don't subscribe to Baseball America. So, is their ranking based on quality, or quantity, or both? For instance, in football Rivals ranks the the class by the first 20 (iirc) recruits. So, a team with fewer than 20 might have a better average, but lower ranking.
