14-7 at end of first. San Jose State is feisty. Auburn offense looks good, defense not.

Would like the Tigers to win a close one.

It is still 14-7. AU does not look good period. I hate to say this (Don't like putting pressure on the team for tough SEC games) as AU has much better players on paper overall still, but no reason UK should not win that game.

They are soft. Is their good D-lineman going to be out for UK game or is he still out?

And they have redshirt-frosh making his first road start in the SEC at UK. Good luck kid.

And yes, I know that FL had one as well, but the difference is AU has no defense, while FL has probably the best pure D UK will face all year.

UK defense better get ready for hurry-up. They looked lost at times last night defending EKU's tempo. And, if UK cannot stop Barber, who plays QB for Auburn will not be important.

I met him once in Jacksonville airport when he was still coaching San Diego. He saw my UK gear as I was headed to FL for our game.

I can assure you Auburn will be ready to play a Thursday nite, national television game. It's a must SEC win for them.
