Botched XP
Bad snaps
Levis fumbles, holding ball too long.
right tackle blocking

This coaching staff needs to wear the boys out and be more detail driven.
Players, scheme, motivation, good culture and leadership we have.. we just need improvement on the little things in order to be great..

You left out Stoops not taking 10 yd penalty to take OM out of FG range. MB needs to wear Stoops out for pp thought process.

This is not a harsh criticism.. coaches aren’t calc teachers.. but we need one on the sideline somewhere in the kids heads.

the great teams and players are extremely detailed.. Brady, Manning, Saban, etc... details separate good from great in every area of life.

That is on the head coach. The great coaches’ teams do not make all the continued mistakes game after game.

In regard to Levis holding the ball too long, that is partly inexperience and partly coaching. It should not continue to be happening after 18 games as a starter.

That was the right call.
53 yarder to put 3 on the board or you take over in decent field position. Had 0 faith that the rebels wouldn’t have either converted in classic Kentucky fashion. Or made it a much easier 30-35 yard field goal.

The guy has made a 56 yarder, so well with his range. Already 3rd & like 12-15. Would have added 10 to that. I'd take the chance to keep them out of FG range.

Also had a QB that would have been given another chance to complete a pass down field who had all day to throw.

I think it was the right call considering it was into a stiff breeze and that Kiffin would have gone for it on 4th down . IMO there was no bad decision in that circumstance. Just depends on execution, which they did .

3rd and 33. If we can’t keep a team from getting 10 yards o. A 3rd and 33, why even play the game?

That decision ended up being the game winning play. One of many, but just another poor decision by the coaching staff.

This has never been Stoops strength, he’s always been a bit disorganized

Being where we are as a program, attention to detail is PARAMOUNT for success.

We were very lucky that the mistakes at Florida didn’t cause us to lose there also.

When your best player(Levis) makes 3 of the BIGGEST, it makes it extremely difficult to win a game that would have propelled UK into an area that we haven’t seen since the probation season 45 years ago.

It is EXTREMELY frustrating for older fans like me.

The long snapper hadn’t been great this season IIRC. The surprising brain fart was Levis not letting them get set on the TD pass. He’s got to have a cooler head there given how much experience he’s had.

When does the staff start to hold people accountable and why don’t the players themselves make it a point of emphasis from this point forward to STOP the boneheaded mistakes??!!!!

It’s not just 1 or 2 either. It was MULTIPLE errors yesterday. But it was mainly Will Levis.

As bad as they played yesterday they did more than enough to be able to win that game. Defense held them to only 3 second half points. Offense starting putting drives together. Unfortunately they just couldn't get out of their own way to get it done. This is what separates good teams from great teams. UGA looked like 💩 but when the game was on the line they put their big boy pants on and got it done. When the UK/Ole Miss game we pulled a Plaxico Burress and shot our selves in the foot.

I would like someone to explain to me why we rarely blitz. We rarely get pressure on the qb from our front 3 or 4. Stoops is so damn conservative it drives me crazy. This was a damaging loss. No other way around it. Stoops is an awful in game coach. Just like his basketball counterpart.

If you give up 3 and what would’ve been 33, pack up and go the hell home. That’s inexcusable.

Turnovers on the last 3 drives is just grade school
Game winning touchdown called back for penalty
Good teams don't crap in their hats come crunch time
