So far I have found out that VegasInsider has rewritten the HTML of their page into an incomprehensible mess that I will not try to figure out. I plan on switching to another site for the odds. I don't have much history with "www.vegasodds.com/ncaaf" Does anyone have any reason to not use it? I looked at it and it seems to have similar info and the first games are all pretty well baked so I can't see a reason to pick a particular source. They have 6 listed. I'll probably choose WilliamHill. At any rate I have to totally rewrite my script to get the odds and I haven't started yet so weigh in if you think their is a better page to use, one that gets the odds up quickly.

The Vegas Odds page also has the data obscured within some javascript. I'll get to change how I get the odds completely.😒

I got it working sort of with WilliamHill on VegasOdds.com. I hope they get their odds up early. Now to see how broken the rest of the code is. I don't think that Rivals has had any changes and it didn't look like CBS sports was different so hopefully the rest will just work. If I were up to date on my programming, I'd run a parser and extract out the info that way but I have too much invested in the old perl hacks to rewrite it. I tried to get my son interested in turning it into an android app but that didn't happen and I'm sure he is too busy now.

How does everyone feel about the odds out on www.vegasodds.com? Do you think they are cooked enough to start the SUP contest? I noticed that they hadn't changed much for a week. Is it too soon for the odds to be correct?

I thought maybe you ran your own book. I liked to
Imagine you were handing out odds from the back of a grocery store, after hours, in some sleepy little southern Kentucky town. And that nobody knew, except your customers, one aunt and all of us on here.
