Attendance at Rupp

I’ve been to every game this season. The attendance in the early season games was actually much better this year than last season. The upper endzone on student side didn’t sell out those games. The late December games against Florida A&M and Louisville were just about completely full as have been the two SEC games.
The crowd has been pretty into it this season especially the last 5 home games.
The next game could be awful as it’s against UGA at 9:00 and could be during a 3 game losing streak.

The cow supporters who are filling up Rupp are disguised as empty seats.

It’s a rival fan asking why our attendance is down this year. With all the coverage our basketball program is getting it isn’t hard to figure out why fans aren’t going to the games. The OP is a troll and y’all are defending him.

I'm not defending them per se. I just think that it would be nicer if people were civil that's all.

It's an easy calculation. You take the annualized attendance at the Phog, multiply by the number of late game phantom calls at the Phog to keep the home team in it, divide by the number of students in the second most douchey student section in college basketball (Duke will never lose first place), factor in annualized Jayhawk domestic violence incidents (both public and suppressed) and cheating incidents (public, suppressed, those caught on tape/text ignored by the NCAA and those denied by fans), add the number of fibers in Coach Self's toupee' and subtract the number of validation seeking dumbass trolls who visit other school's message boards, minus Helm's banners and that equals the number you are looking for.

It didn't look very full versus USCjr the other night. Lots of empties. I am expecting 10K-12K versus Georgia next week.
Late start + terrible UK team + generic SEC opponent + beatdown in Knoxville = Lots of empty seats.
They showed plenty of empty seats with the coverage of the go to texas sign. And that sign and those empty seats are all over the free media platform called YT.
I don’t have cable or satellite but I imagine they’ve shown this on ESPN as well. They love taking shots at UK when we’re down.

I had no clue about the trolls. I can't keep up with who's who. I don't know you so I can't comment on your character from a post on a message board.
Jeez sorry I asked. Yes I am a KU fan but was curious what UK average attendance is like when Rupp holds over 24K fans. How many no-shows? Does the school count tickets sold or do they go off of gate attendance. Honestly, I am just curious how UK handles attendance.

The newly renovated Rupp no longer holds 24K. It holds thousands less. Added actual seats where they were bench seats. I do however remember the good ole days where our fans thought we could average 30K+ so we should just copy a Syracuse type facility. Naively ignorant of the horrible viewing experience compared with an 85" TV at home
