ths class is now at #35, any 5 commits would push us up to 35, if we get a few 3* and maybe a late 4*(not likely) we are looking at another top 30 class!

If we are currently at 35 why do we need "any 5 commits" to push us up to 35?
Rivals only counts the top 20 in a class to determine the team ranking. So to increase our score any additional commits would have to be ranked better than one of the current 20.

my thread title was in the past tense, i statedlast week that any 5 recruits would put us at the 35! with 2 of them 2*s! if we get anything higher than a 2 star and itll boost us up the list!

Anybody know when Rivals final player ratings/evaluations happen? I want to think that each year after signing period they do final player evals and that makes the classes move sometimes. Not that it really matters just wondering.
EDITED: I just checked past Rivals 250 rankings along with position rankings and it looks like in the past the final update was done at the end of January each year. So it looks like they're done with players that have already been rated before signing. Guess that just leaves guys like Miggins and Bell from the JUCO ranks that haven't gotten evals yet. Still a chance for this class to rise a bit I guess.

JC transfers are a bit different. Stamps last year wasn't rated by most services but we knew he was really good. OSU was the other team after him. JC's don't always get rated and when they do it is usually well below their expected impact. Miggins is a good one. He's much better than a 2 star.
