One way or the other, the NCAA needs to clear this up now. Especially for Love and Hart, this process seems like punishment. How much time do they need?
Bold predictions. While some may start, the OG position will be pretty crowded and TE as well. Laster would have to beat out Hatcher also.
Don't know that I agree about all starting but if they only provide quality depth then they're great gets.
A pretty bold statement that all will start next year. IMO a better statement would be that all are all likely to make contributions to the team effort next year. The one with the best chance to start would seem to be MLB Courtney Love. Laster likely has a good chance to be in the two deep. Nick Haynes and Ramsey Meyers might question whether Jones gets the start at guard and TEs Conrad and Long will have a lot to say about whether Hart starts. IMO Conrad is going to be a big time TE at UK and he will have a year of experience as the starter.
IMO most are more likely to be good depth not starters next year and it is a good thing when players like those are relegated to reserve roles.

The NCAA is the most corrupt, inept organization I know of on par with the VA.....That is no exaggeration. They are beyond pathetic and criminally biased in their operation. Emmert is scum of the earth. F them and their corrupt operation. I see it happen every year with absolutely no consequences for their corrupt behavior.
The problem with the NCAA is there is no transparency or accountability. They should at a minimum keep the staff informed on their time table or issue news releases periodically on topics like the evolving rules on transfers, in particular hardship transfers.
The NCAA has had plenty of time to rule on Love and Hart. It is inexcusable that they are still in limbo at the start of fall camp.
IMO after all of this BS they are just going to refuse them immediate eligibility. If that is their plan they should have just done it months ago.

You're exactly right it's like having a repairman take 6 months to do a minor repair, it's really stupid.

Because they look like SEC players but they're from the B1G? What's your point? Because we cherry picked a few SEC caliber players from your conference doesn't validate your entire conference as stacking up with ours. Do you watch the NFL draft? You guys get a few picked every year but it pales in comparison to what the SEC produces
Laster can't beat out Hatcher this year re. your 10 of 12 comment and of course Hatcher has to be on the team for Laster to beat him out next year. As of now, Hatcher is still on the team and I expect him to be on the team next year. Others have already booted him out but thankfully they have no say in the matter.
