Arkansas Dismisses Jacorey Williams

Arkansas junior Jacorey Williams has been dismissed from the men's basketball team, the school announced Wednesday.

The dismissal stems from multiple incidents this offseason.

"Members of our program carry a responsibility to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the expectations we have established for our student-athletes both on and off the court," said Arkansas coach Mike Anderson. "We wish him the best as he pursues his future away from Razorback Basketball."

Williams is one of three Arkansas players who were charged with forgery in July. He was subsequently allegedly involved in an incident with a bouncer at a local club

How bad is arky going be next year? I mean the only players I could name from last years team are Portis and Qualls, but both of them are gone. Could be a very long year for them, and that doesn't upset me at all.

Anton Beard played well against us and he was one that got in trouble with the counterfeiting. He's probably their best returning player so I would be shocked if he was kicked off the team.
