4 Alabama players (STARTERS) foul out....yeah, some things never change.

Portis with another tip in at the buzzer.

That game last year was amazing in that UK took them to the brink despite the rapage from the officials. That was one of the worst non-UNC road games (In a class of their own obviously) I've ever seen officiated.

Good game. Arkansas was lucky to get a tip in on a bad shot. Arkansas definitely got the benefit of some questionable calls.

O man I couldve went a lifetime without someone reminding me of that put back dunk win @ Arkansas last yr..now it'll be on espn flashbacks for a day...the refs in our game last year were ass clowns to be real. I'll never forget that just like I won't forget the double foul on KAT in the A&M game this year. Just makes you wonder how many of these refs live for the crowd approval and feel it's their responsibility to pander to them regardless of the consequences.

Yup.

And now we have to see that stupid play and the one against Bama 10 times during our game against Arkansas later this year.

Didn't they beat us at home too? We had a chance for revenge.

Yeah, they beat us when our team was in the tank...same week as SC. We will beat them with ease this year though, I feel confident in saying that. They still suck pretty bad on the road, and play no D.

I agree.

What is up with all the empty seats in Bud-Walton? I know Arky isn't a Top 25 team but, they don't suck and Alabama is a good enough name to draw a crowd. Heck, I remember only a few years ago B-W was sold out for every game. Surely there can't be that much to do in Fayetteville on a Thursday night?

Fans are getting pumped for a potential 7-8 win regular season in football next year. Woo hoo pigs.

LOL, maybe so. Wow, where has all that rabid Razorback basketball fandom gone? Across the SEC, the only apparent way to ever sellout your home arena is if UK comes to town. Even then, 1/4 of the fans will be chanting GO BIG BLUE!

There were about 15,000 there. Ole Miss last Saturday was a sellout. We still care but a lot of fans have become apathetic at what the program has become.

Fair enough. The last 15 years haven't been kind, but I still think Arkansas fans have more of a tendency towards football like the rest of the SEC. After all you have had some darn good success at that. We, well not so much.

I'm not one to quibble over the refs, I just wish somebody had blocked out. I do think that was a big win if you hope to get back into the top 25 this year. I'm all for it. Goodness knows we need somebody else in the SEC to step up this year. Call me skeptical on UT. Plus I sincerely dislike them to put it kindly.

I just noticed a lot of empty seats in the lower bowl and wondered why. So, Mike Anderson isn't exactly winning the hearts and minds of Razorback fans? Better hope he doesn't win just enough games each year to justify keeping his job.
You know, the SEC really needs Arkansas to return to its former greatness to help offset the ACC.

Ark and LSU both had favorable SEC road schedules (since I expect them to protect their home court most of the time), so they should do well overall. That said, both have what I consider to be one bad loss and one mediocre one already.

I agree on UT, I think they are a fraud.

Arkansas is a lot like UL as they get away with a lot of hand checking and physical play, especially at home.
