FAU weathered an early punch to the face. I think they’re gonna ended up coming out ahead in this one.
If someone hasn't scooped up Dusty May by the time Calipari retires, if he keeps this up, I would love to see him at UK. They play a fun style, they play hard, and they play smart. He's also only 46. Only downfall is he went to IU. Which would be a huge hurdle.

Love how the media made this Arizona team out to be unbeatable. They’re really good, no doubt. However, not one of their backcourt players are NBA caliber guys. They might have one guard that’ll be in the league, but I doubt it. Also, look for Arizona to choke again come March. It’s who they are.

I do hope they choke early. They would have a big advantage in theory if they make the Final 4 in Phoenix. Still, if we make it there and end up playing them, I'll take my chances with our team.
Yep, if they had beat Wisconsin in 2015 in the EE we are sitting on 9 titles.
Need good D and good guard play in the tourney. Wouldn't be shocked if they fall early but they're big and play fast. Definitely a good ball team.

That was a travesty. Everyone who knew anything about college bball that season knew the four best teams that year were UK, Wisconsin, Duke, and Zona. Those should have been the 1 seeds. To put three of them on the same side of the bracket was a terrible move, but they were trying to guarantee a UK/Duke title game. Final Four should have been UK vs. Zona in the first game and Duke vs. Wisconsin in the night cap. Then a fresh UK team gets a Duke team coming off a late night war against Wisconsin. UK goes 40-0 and brings home #9. Instead just another example of the NCAA trying to manipulate the field.
Think Louisville if they have $$$ go after him after the season, if not them Mike Woodson is no spring chicken and IU would surely want him if not next year then in a couple
Agree totally! Love FAU style similar to what we’re running finally, and their kids play feee n loose!
If Woodson doesn’t do anything this season i don’t see why IU wouldn’t move on. This isn’t like when Crean took over and they were on probation. If you’ve done nothing noteworthy and lost 10+ games every season at a traditional power house…3 seasons of that should get you the hook imo unless you took over a real mess.

Caleb Love thinks he’s the best player on the court, but Jonell Davis actually is. And of course Love hits another three as I type.

Well, he did miss one, get yet another offensive rebound, and hit the second.
If FAU loses, it will be less about Love and more about giving up offensive rebounds.
