No harm in starting happy hour at 3 when you get off at 4. It takes a while to get drunk.
I’m self employed so I usually start by mid afternoon every day, unless I have to go somewhere.
Have two kids homeschooling, so it's a no for me dawg.

Apparently drinking during Governor’s pressers is now a thing. Known as “wine with Dewine” or “beer with Beshear”.
I drank during work hours when at the office, why should I stop now?
Working in IT, there's parts of me that miss my team, and other parts of me that has no desire to spend happy hour, my free time, to drink with other IT nerds.
A few of us guys here at work go and get a sixer every evening and sit in the parking lot and enjoy a few cold domestos. It usually starts about an hour before quitting time. We are by appointment only, so no worries.
