Are we NIT bound? IF we lose....

We are definitely trending that direction. This would be a bad bad loss.

No we would have to totally self destruct to not get in. We are looking at a really low seed now. 8 or below in all likelihood.

Besides Duke would still be in the AP top 10 with our record.:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Luckily, everyone else is losing. but its going towards that direction fast.

This season has been the biggest collapse since our football team.

I'm gonna go ahead and mentally prepare myself for disappointment. We can not shoot the ball consistently from the perimeter and when teams pack it in we don't have a big that can play. I'm saying 9-10 losses at best.

NIT isn't that far off.

UK is now just 64 in their last 10 games, will be unranked and still has the hardest part of the SEC schedule left.

Have now lost to 5 unranked teams and have one quality win.

Will lose at least 5 more games. A 20-11 record and a 4th or 5th place finish in the SEC may make the tournament as a 9 or 10 seed.

But wait we had a good loss against Kansas! What a joke this team never turned a corner like many were saying. Bubble team and with 3-4 more losses possible it may be an NIT team.

Don't deserve to make the tourney with efforts like these. No defense. Give up 84 points to a under .500 Tennessee team? Inexcusable.

We'll be a bubble team. We have 4 road games left. Tonight should have been easier than any of those 4 will be.

If we go 1-3 and win our home games we are 22-9. That is probably good enough to get us a 7-10 seed. Go 0-4 and finish 21-10 then we are going to need some help in the SEC-T to make it.

I think this team is better than 2013, but it's looking like a VERY similar scenario.

After this loss we're a 6 seed at best.

We lose on the road in Florida, South Carolina, Nashville and College Station and its bubble city.

Hell Athens is in play the way we close out games.

Embarrassing effort against joke teams.

I'm not convinced SIX is legit...other than A&M, and the SEC tourney winners if not A&M, what SEC team is going to be a lock for the NCAA?

many of us were saying 9-11 losses at beginning of the season This is a weak team, however, we are still KENTUCKY

Typo...fat fingers...I was trying to type SC. I don't know if they are legit. Other than A&M, who gets to the NCAA from the SEC? UK, maybe Florida?

Florida beat the living crap out of west virginia in the O-dome - I'm sure we'll see the same.

This team might be WORSE. Don't forget, Noel went down with an injury in February; imagine if this team lost Ulis. Yikes.

Anyone who says we are even possibly an NIT at this moment with only 6 losses......... plz mods just ban them. Its obvious what they are doing

I'm not thinking NIT, but we are far from a lock. Kentucky could easily lose to Florida, and lose all four remaining road games. That would put Kentucky at 2-9 in true road games, and at best, a 10-8 SEC season. If they flop in the SEC tourney, they could be NIT bound. The toughest portion of the SEC schedule is AHEAD. I just hope Kentucky can hold serve at home; I think they lose one at home and win one more on the road.
