Have to be done, at least until April. There are 11 guys who are almost certainly going to be on scholarship next year, and that doesn't include Ulis, Briscoe, or Lee. You can assume you're going to lose at least 1, maybe 2 (or all) of them, but you have to leave some room for them to come back.
The only thing missing from next year's roster is a designated shooter type, a guy who can give minutes at the 2-3 and stretch defenses a little. And I see no one out there who'd potentially be any better at that role than Mulder. Some people are going to talk about adding Simmons or Alkins, but I just can't see that. Those guys have lead-dog attitudes, and at a certain point, enough is enough. Bringing guys like that in to come off the bench (and I doubt either would come, anyway) is the point at which you see to be asking for problems.
