Are Jackson and Afari our two hardest hitters?

We played him well last year and it was a team effort
And we lost the game.
Georgia never really HAD to go to him last year to win that game.

When the game is on the line, Bowers IS their offense. He single handedly closed out Auburn last night.
Jackson can't cover Bowers. Too slow.
JJ can't drop and cover him...

Wallace might can help on him a little bit, but will need him to get pressure on QB and stop the run.

Zion Childress is the weakest link in the secondary, IMO. He darn sure can't cover/tackle Bowers.
Gieger is just too small to handle him.

Our small corners can't reach to cover him.

That leaves Alex...

Period

He did well when he dropped into coverage on that one play!

While Walker is solid, even All-SEC, dropping him in coverage constantly might not be the best use of his massive talent. :)

Brad White agrees with you. When asked about Deone dropping into coverage more often, he kinda laughed and said it won’t happen much because “I like my job”.

Now you're changing the conditions. I think you, like many fans, forgot how well we defended him last year.

It's a team effort like last year. There isn't one player that will single cover him. That's a recipe for disaster.

Changing what conditions????
I don't even know what you are talking about.
Georgia threw to Bowers 2 times the entire game. Stetson the Drunk only passed the ball 19 times the entire game while running the ball nearly 50 times.

Why? Because GA didn't have to complete a single pass to win that game and they COULD run the ball.

Georgia will have to pass the ball to win this game. Bowers and Lad McConkey are their two top receivers.

We will have to play our best pass defense AND get pressure on QB to have any chance of beating GA.

If we can't defend Bowers, he will beat us all by himself.

Think they didn't want to get it to Bowers last year?

Bowers is amazing and obviously a focal point. Will require an entire team effort.

I think the key is being able to control top while moving the chains running SBR.

If UK can do that it will go down to the wire.

Our #20 looks like he is coming strong. Needed another big guy like Wallace and Afari that can run and #20 gives us just that. Good to see #17 out there making some plays also. And the way #42 is playing on ST, he may be suppling even more depth soon.
