A guy I know said he used one and it helped with some back issues he was having. Have you tried one and what brand did you use?
Yes. I use one as part of a regular PT for sciatica. I think it helps but only as part of a PT plan. ThisA guy I know said he used one and it helped with some back issues he was having. Have you tried one and what brand did you use?
Seems like that would do more harm than good.

Yep. I've had a Teeter for a few years now. It helps with herniated disc pain in lower back, but if your issue is thoracic, the muscle vest and division of body weight makes it kinda useless for that area, imo. A stretch strap, yoga roller and a dodge ball might be a better investment for stretching that area.A guy I know said he used one and it helped with some back issues he was having. I asked my cardiologist if I could resume use after HA.Yes my wife and I have one. It does seem to help but be sure to consult with a doctor or physical therapist before trying one to make sure it doesn't do further damage. Good luck!!
Can't you just hang from a pullup bar for a lot cheaper?
Plus the idea imo is to relax the body. I own an imversion table—but would rather have gravity bootsa pullup bar would put you straight up and down but an inversion bar you can do varying angles and slowly adjust.
What's next are they going to post that my cars warranty has expired?![]()
