Suburb of Birmingham, population over 80,000. Large shopping center located there.

How is the tourney to attend? Much nightlife?

Not much around the stadium itself as far as nightlife....at least nothing you could walk to. But there is plenty of room in the parking lots for tailgating.

Most everything in Hoover is around the Galleria / Mall a few miles away.

Ive really enjoyed the tournament the 2 times Ive been, a very underrated event. Just wish they would move it around a bit, maybe Nashville one year, New Orleans one year et.al..

Been to Hoover when Cohen was the coach. It's a lot of fun ,with more rivalry than people who haven't been there, would understand. Great atmosphere,if you have a competitive team!
