Any road information from Nashville to Somerset?

I have this weekend free and was planning to drive up tomorrow to visit my parents. I was wondering if there were any folks along the I-65 and Parkway routes that could chime in on road conditions. I'd hope to leave around noon from Nashville. Thanks for anything you've got. I'm using the 511.ky.gov site, but was hoping for some more detailed info based on local drivers.

It's paved. Mostly straight, but sometimes curvy.
