I wish our fan base would stop throwing out unrealistic coaches. He has said many times UK isn't for him. He left college basketball because of 1 and done and the portal. He isn't a fan of our fan base and the pressure here either.

The funny thing is every name on this list would have the same exact problems Cal is having. Not knowing how to constructed a roster and navigate the current college basketball landscape. There is zero proof that any of those names can win big in the NIL and transfer portal era.

It's a new game. We need a coach who's familiar with that game.
