Another ref issue. Diamond Stone just slams a Wisconsin player's head to the floor intentionally and only gets a flagrant one when I think he should have been ejected. Then of course the other team is going to retaliate and get a technical as well. With all the talk of concussions in sports, I don't see how you can not eject him from the game. What are your opinions on the play if you saw it?

Ray Charles would have called a Flagrant Two because he could have heard that kids skull hitting the floor...this after he tackled
him mashed him to the baseline which should have been grounds enough for a flagrant one, in and of itself.

Prison ball.

Just rewound to watch... what a disgrace. Stone tackled a Wisconsin player to the ground and then shoved his head into the floor. Dude should have been ejected and should miss at least a game for that kind of bush league crap.

Refs should be suspended .that was terrible..Stone should sit 3 games...The B10 or Maryland should step up...

There is no place for that kind of play. It's okay to be a little aggressive but that was just ridiculous.

Like everyone else, I don't understand how you can watch the replay, and not kick him out. There was no question of intent...he looked, and reached to push the head.

Not watching, find it interesting Wisconsin is toying with Terps at their place.

Thanks for video link I had not seen the game, all I can say is WOW! How can that not be F2?

Ref said he didn't give him a flagrant two because he didn't have a closed fist?

What an idiot...dude fricking palmed his skull and thumped it on the floor - in the real world Stone is sitting in a jail cell for assault.

Women everywhere are breathing a sigh of relief that the NCAA has zero enforcement on domestic assault.

"We didn't press charges on seabass because it was an open hand, not a closed fist" - NCAA district attorney.

Thank you for posting the video for those who did not watch the game. Wow, flagrant 2 and suspended. What were the announcers of the game saying about it?

that was definitely a flagrant two; don't know how in the world they couldn't call it that

In today's technology world, that's a place where'd the head of officials or conference head determines that is a missed call. Makes a phone call and that kid is disqualified for the remainder of the contest. Common sense is authorized.

Was Sirmons doing that game as well?

If Turgeon doesn't suspend him he should be ashamed to call himself a coach. I'm glad Stone didn't come to UK.

It was at Maryland, so...incidental contact - play on! If it were in Madison, he would have been ejected, along with three teammates.

Stone not in the game to start the second and sitting kind of dejectedly on the bench. Would show a lot from Turgeon to voluntarily sit him the rest of the game.
Not sure about rest of that game, but heard this am, he IS suspended for next game. And obtw the big ten said they approve (smh)
