-Andy Enfield leaving USC opened the job for someone?
-That someone was Eric Musselman, who left Arkansas
-Arkansas tried to get Chris Beard and others....they said no
-Arkansas then breaks the bank to take our lifetime contract coach Calipari
(I also believe there's a story about how Muss possibly helped get Enfield to leave USC so he could do it, but I can't remember)
So when we see Pope's big year....and the hope we have for the future of the program. Lets thank the SMU/Enfield for making this happen. I'm a big fan of his and you should all be too....until they play us some day!
