Yep...saw this coming a mile out.

Said while ago in a thread concerning NIL/portal that programs will have to start to essentially form a front office to handle what is essentially free agency, contracts, negotiations, reaching out to this player and that player, etc...

GMs also handle coaches...meaning they hire and fire. I think at the highest P4, and definitely P2 level there has to be a football specific admin/front office/GM separate from the rest of the athletics program.
