I noticed in the ESPN post game interview that Cal was doing, the players were walking off the court while the cheerleaders and everyone in Rupp Arena were singing "My Ole KY Home". As a KY guy - it seems a bit disrespectful for the players to be walking off the court at that time. I'm not blaming anyone, I'm just suggesting.
How about the players start standing court-side as a team and take 2-3 extra minutes and sing too and then walk off? Just a suggestion...
Even after a loss - it could be a way to let the players know the fans are still behind them.
