Basically the exact same size as one our departing and highly thought of senior defensive ends. He'll be a huge help to our DL and will be more SEC ready than Tubman, if Tubman ends up being cleared and becomes an option.

OK, this is FWIW. Those offers were for Bell out of HS. I checked the Scout JUCO site a couple of weeks ago and they showed him with no offers, not even UK. I know, I know....maybe that site isn't always up to date. Like I said, FWIW.

Apparently, Bell didn't play very well in his 2 years at JUCO. That led to him basically being not recruited by anybody. According to Eliot, they played his recruitment pretty close to the chest, and tried to keep it quiet. If you guys haven't noticed, when UK offers somebody now, a lot of other big time schools take notice.
