There was a lot of Roy W. love over the weekend on ESPiN - of course expected. They will never address the corruption under Roy - especially as he walks off into the sunset. Even UK/Cal jumped on that bandwagon - again expected. That is why it is important that those who lived through the corruption and cheating never forget it and call it out anytime his name is mentioned or remembered. That we make sure UNCheat is always given their earned place as the most corrupt/cheating program in the history of NCAA. The NCAA is sickening of course - Will Wade, Bill Self, Sean Miller.... but no one cheated better and longer than Roy/UNCheat, and gave the blueprint on how to best cheat at the highest level for the longest period of time.

As he leaves in tears, as ESPiN runs puff pieces and emotional video clips - please do not be soft and forget the real Roy. Don't think he did it the right - or as Jay Bilas on ESPiN says "Roy W. is what greatness looks like". FAKE NEWS.

Roy is Always team #UNCheat

Do you all really care that he broke NCAA rules that much? I'm no Carolina fan, but at the end of the day who cares. The reality is that all schools have joke classes for athletes and UNC just took it to the extreme.

Not to throw a wet blanket on it but damn, cheating or no cheating he has 3 National Championships. Cal has 1. Not sure if you all remember Cals very first "State of the Program" speech. In it he mentioned catching UCLA with Championships among other things. Truthfully I am interested in only one thing from a UK coach. Winning National Championships. 2012 is a long ways in the rear view mirror. Im no Roy fan but 3 is damn 3. Wish we had em and I dont really care how we got them.

Roy is what a fraud looks like. Right down from his 'Aw schucks' shtick to playing a role in a major academic scandal. ESPN, Jay Bilas, Dick Vitale, North Carolina fans, et al. can say what they want, but it won't take away that I know the real Roy is one of the biggest frauds and phonies in the history of college basketball.

Also, the only time to watch ESPN is when a game you're interested in is on and that game is unfortunately being broadcast on ESPN. Otherwise, avoid that station like the plague.

But if you do want something negative about Roy aside from the rantings of a Rupp Rafters poster such as myself, I will offer you this. This is a former UNC player (Larry Drew II). It's not all love in the UNC "family" as Rashad McCants can certainly attest to. I love seeing this guy ruffle the feathers of their idiotic fanbase [laughing]:
