Saw a write up about their spring game. One of the few disappointments was the OL. Commentator said they looked disorganized. Good. Hope Wolford falls on his face there. Feel like we upgraded with Yenser but Wolf immediately recruiting players for Bama that he'd been recruiting for UK really rubbed me the wrong way. No integrity. Good riddance and I hope he fails miserably.

Looked it up... he attended Ursuline, Cardinal Mooney's rival school.

He's also 3 years younger than Coach Stoops.

Doubt they were close. Likely just share some contacts.

I agree we are in better shape with Yenser.

However I think Wolford was out of a job when Mark hired him. I’m sure he used the Youngstown ties to get in. Then kinda screwed us over
Could be better, who knows, but it remains to be seen if Yenser can recruit on Wolford's level.

I think our players are happy he’s gone! Yenser is a much better fit and closer to the style of coach S!

Wolford’s decision to play a smaller rotation hurt our development and was probably an indication he didn’t plan on being here very long. I still believe he was the primary reason Rosenthal decided to leave but that’s just my personal thought.

Wofford is a stage one douche bag. You would think Stoops knew his character but I am so glad how it turned out. I reckon someone is gonna be searching for a job in the next year or so and it ain’t gonna be Stoops.

Wolf was a recruiter, he the OLine to me was down last year, though they did replace a few awesome linemen. Then he didn't develop any of the young guys. Maybe Cox but he was coming on B4 he got here. I hope yenser can do good, honestly glad wolf is gone.

It sucks losing a coach during recruiting season, and the way he left wasn't professional, imo. But once he accepted the Bama job, there are no rules about recruiting kids you were recruiting to your previous school. ATM hired several UGA staffers and an assistant and they came after out targets and commits, flipped 1, took several of the top guys we were after. Don't like it but they were doing their job. One staffer was a former player they paid 650k per year for. He still isn't on the field.
