They lay out the timeline if each step takes as long as it could, and it said a final hearing could take place in November. But I have to think they want this wrapped up before the season starts.

I don't know. They will try to protect that banner at ALL costs. They will just blame everyone else for having to go through it and deny, deflect, and prolong.

Let it drag out. It will just be that much longer that media types and fans can rake them over the coals and discuss the sordid scandal. It won't change the NCAA's final ruling. So by all means, drag it out. I look forward to hearing about it for a LONG time to come.

If they UL have 45 days to respond then the NCAA should just say that's it. No more delays. Take the title and wins down.

I don't believe there is a "stay" provision pending an appeal. So, if this drags into the season they will have to print their media guide without the vacated wins, etc. And that's fine by me.

Don't worry BlueBomb.......I am going to make sure that my UL friends and acquaintances never forget!
