That's how much money the ACC has made over the last three tournaments. Each conference gets paid a certain amount for every game one of their team advances in the tourney. Wonder how much money Higgins got out of UNC advancing?? Better yet we can start to really see the conspiracist reasons why certain teams from certain conferences get such favorable draws. Also it may explain why the ACC gets 50 teams in every year...

If the SEC gave a darn about basketball, we would be making that as well. Kentucky is the only mainstay. Florida is pretty consistent (14 of the 17 tournaments). But the other schools hit and miss way too much.

Another reason to get the P5 out of the NCAA and have our own tournament and divvy it up fairly. Why should they get ANY units for the UNC wins during 18 years of the biggest scandal in sports history . They should have been on probation last year and this one and for a long time thereafter.

Why do you think Bilas and Dook Vitale were pimping awful Syracuse as tournament worthy, and overrated Duke as a #1 seed? Money, money, money.

Haven't you heard?, 25 years of fake classes is just fine with the ncaa.
