Austin MacGinnis - for that nerve racking 51 yard game winner. He was 4 of 5 on the night. Can someone name his long snapper and holder who had to be perfect too and were. Call him the Big Dog on the porch. If you come onto his porch, he'll kick your butt halfway down the street. Fine kick offs too.
The Boom and Benny Show - Benny with 128 yds with a 6.7 avg and Boom with 99 yds and a 7.1 avg
O-Line - opening holes and causing mischief on the linebackers. There was only one sack. They are maturing and becoming one of the better units in the SEC over the last few games. MSU was giving up about 135 yds rushing per game and we got 262 yds
The entire O - we gained 554 yds. Yeah the fumbles were horrific, but he passed for 292 yds. Let's work on those fumbles.
The entire D - we only gave up 362 yds and 16 first downs. The short field TD after fumble and 95 yd scoop and score were not their fault.
Jordan Jones - the energizer bunny had 11 tackles
Marcus McWilson had 8 tackles including one TFL and one pick six that went for 45 yards at a critical time.
Chris Westry - 7 tackles. Yeah even great corners get burned when they are on an island and get 15 yd interference calls, but it was better than giving up a TD.
Denzil Ware - 7 tackles including 1 TFL
Other TFL-
Derrick Baity, Mike Edwards - 1 each and McClain and Middleton with one-half each
Jeff Badet - 7 catches including one that he out jumped the defender that was a must catch and a 39 yd kick off return
Ryan Timmons - 3 catches for 77 yds.
