Nice guy head coach guy Carey Green of Liberty University’s WBB got his start here in Jackson, Tn, coaching successfully for Jackson State CC. His wife was then married to my good friend and accounting teaching replacement after my retirement. She used to go on walks with my wife a lot when we lived not far from them. Although I knew some JSCC coaches over my 30 years, I never met Carey, just heard good things about his teaching as well as coaching.
