Bodes very well for the future. I was so impressed with the movement and passing in the 2nd half.

I know Butler is the dude at point but LOVED having a big team out there Jax at point.
Kentucky was careful with the ball all night, but I was very pleasantly surprised by how well J.R. played the point. Self-contained and confident.

Not sure if they were tired from playing like the 1984 Celtics in the 1st but they didnt have the same intensity after intermission and Kentucky took it to them the rest of the game.

Kerr had only 1 turnover all game. And that one was when he got hurt.
Don't understand the constant criticism of Kerr. He hasn't shot that well but plays with fire and excitement that has been missing for a while.
I like him too he can’t guard the ball. His man goes around him every time and breaks the defense down and it’s either a layup or a scramble drill with everyone rotating and helping
Kerr got abused again in ball screens in the 1st half, oweh refused to get screened many times and kept those stupid lobs from their elbow slinging center. I’d like to see Williams come and double the dribbler on that action cause he & Kerr just played in to their hands during their curry like first half.
They trusted the system. It was beautiful. That Oweh dunk second half was on a perfect play that left him wide open. Those are the kind of actions we can expect more often if they keep running our stuff.

I know he feels like the boards whipping boy. He plays with passion. He’s not perfect but he came up huge last night with his play overall. He’s definitely a good bench guard at worst.
He had a couple amazing passes for assists as well. I was super happy Amari got it going later on in t(e game. He’s looked bad the last couple halves and really came thru. He ended up with more points than Garrison somehow. Garrison had a better overall game but it was good to see. Jaxson Robinson coming alive takes us to another level. He finally played like the player we need last night. I’m excited to see what we can become when everyone is healthy again, Butler helps our defense and offense so much.
I sure hope this board doesn't give Kerr the whip[ping boy treatment. I think this team is a perfect fit for him.

We have been great taking care of the ball all year. They may not be the most talented but they are great in areas that hurt teams. We shoot well from the line, perimeter, and take care of the ball. We get a lot of assists.
Garrison had 3 TO and the rest of the team had 4 in an overtime game. Impressive IMO.
I hope we use Jaxson in this role going forward too. It’s a good change of pace and kept him aggressive.

I mean the book on Kerr was he couldn't play defense very well. That did not deter coach Pope. That's because Kerr brings something other than just freaking defense.

He is very slow on his feet and smaller quick guards just go around him every time and he bites on the shot fake almost every time.
