2 factors. We gave away and sure Victory last week and backup QB. We should be 6-0. Now maybe 4-2 and 3 maybe 4 loses coming. Just 2 really bad breaks.
7-5 at best and that is if we can beat UL and that is counting on Levis returning to form.
I know we are playing a backup QB but the play calling has been atrocious. Per Stoops we have 5 NFL WR's and we can't get the ball to any of them..

Losing competent coaches who can also recruit well such as Liam Coen, Jon Sumrall, Eric Wolford and Steve Clinkscale and replacing them with guys like Scangarello and Yenser isn't helping. When you're getting mid-major level assistants, you can expect mid-major level results.

This logic is dumb. Winning a national title is not the only barometer for a successful season. Last 2 seasons have sucked but there have been other good seasons the past decade like 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2019.

I doubt it, Cal will blow another season with talent he can’t coach as always.
UL must have played well, and that’s with their backup QB. Kentucky will be their bowl game so it’s not a sure win either.
