I think you can draw a 300 mile circle around Lexington which includes Cincy, Nashville, etc...and that could be considered "in state."The 2024 in-state talent pool is about as low as I've ever seen. The top rated prospect in the entire state is a 5.6 3 star. It looks like the coaching staff will have to rely heavily on some of the pipelines they've established into other areas to fill the majority of needs in that class.
The edge is a top 100 guy #97 I believe.2 best 'instate' guys play at a prep school in CT, Jacob and Jerod Smith. Both in the Rivals 250 and are from Somerset, guessing they will be important targets next year.
