JR, what are the odds of any of our two star guys getting bumped to 3? And can you speak as to what depth Rivals has actually been able to evaluate those two star guys? I know some guys remain 2 star prospects because of lack of exposure and difficulty scouting them, and then some remain 2 stars due to perceived talent level after proper scouting. Any way we can maybe differentiate some of those?
For better or for worse, the presence of 2 stars usually concerns me more than a lack of 4 stars. I know lots of 2 stars have turned into good players, but I get a little concerned when I see us with pursuing or taking commitments from 2 stars and unrated players. We usually focus our discussion on the Daniels and Youngs of the class, but let's have a little discussion about the "diamonds in the rough."
2 Stars include:
Johnson
Pringle
Cross
Watson
McKinniss (Kicker)
