2 games in the same day!

As Ernie Banks once said: "It's a great day for a ballgame, let's play two."
I know UK got beat in it, but the year the tornado ripped part of the roof off in Atlanta, didn't The Tourney have to move the semifinals and finals to the same day?

Seems like they did. I should remember that since I got screwed out of watching.

that was my quote I made yesterday here on the board, updating all the games as they went along. I was thinking about Ernie saying that, when in the first OT for Texas yesterday, I said "let's make it two!" (also a yogi berra-ism) and they promptly went into double OT for us all.

Thanks, I'll take credit for that ! Finally something I can take credit for around here !

I think we've all seen the highest level of college basketball in history, easily so, this very season, in the SEC. It has been a historic year, and Kentucky holds its' own. We always have and we always do.

Gonna have to KILL US to get us out of this SEC tournament this year. OU was just momentum, big picture. Gee, I hope Alabama thinks all they are going to do is step on the floor and flop their way to a victory tonight....

I'm just glad I stopped short of having KENTUCKY go to OT last night.

That'll be tonight's game against Alabama.

Go Big Blue !

ps - does that look and sound like CATSVILLE to me last night?!?!?!? BLUE MIST, anyone? Just sayin'.

Well at least we got about a 20-21 hour turnaround time for tonight's game, if we win it will be more like a 13-15 hour turnaround time before we have to play tomorrow. That will be rough for a beat up team like ours.
