I'd love to see him come back. He was a freshman, he played like one. He was inconsistent. Somebody's gonna get a rising star. His good games were very good.
Yes to the first part. It's probably hard to get top recruits to agree to such a standard.
If you doubt that the UK program effects decisions, go read the Amari Williams story on Sea of Blue. He was thrilled to be offered.
The Bible is full of liars and phonies. They got called out too. Being a Christian doesn't mean what you seem to think it means. Arguing with internet characters is harmless.
We don't float, sinlessly. In a bubble. We all sin. That's why we need a Savior.
Sea of Blue posted an article, in the last couple of hours, about how thrilled Amari is to be a Kentucky player. Called it "surreal". Weird timing if this thread is right.
Who said that stuff about refusing to play our system? And for that "how'd that work out" attempt at the last word? Run upstairs and read it to mother, I'm sure she'll be impressed. I just read Blowhard.
We mostly agree. But every time someone floats a rumor that we missed a player over money, folks line up to say "good riddance". Agents know stars and role players. We're going to pay extra for a few stars. Missing ain't always good.
I do trust the coach.
Then we are going to suck. Players have agents who are looking out for the individual, not the team. That's the norm now. Good coaches will form the team. Players get paid.
