Who has taken a program to new heights WITHOUT good resources, facilities, NIL, fan-base, boosters, etc.?
Who is it that — IF THEY HAD AT THEIR DISPOSAL WHAT UK HAS TO OFFER — could have been having major success?
I’m not a “Benny” so I don’t know the landscape as well as many of you, so if you had to make a list of THESE types—assuming no big names we want will say yes (looking likely)—who’s be the top 3?
