I have so much confidence in Coen. Just watching that video and his demeanor gives me hope the offense will be much better.

From just the bits and pieces on the videos, it looks like Leary is very comfortable finding the right guy and getting them the ball. Looks like he is a very accurate passer with at least above average arm strength. The scheme doesn't call for a lot of throws 50 yards down the field. If he can get the midrange throws to the right guy in stride, we'll hit some big plays. With the right guy pulling the trigger in combination with an improved OL (fingers crossed) and the various weapons we've got, I've got to believe the offense will be much, much improved.
