I juat wonder if he ever informed Mitch back in February about him being interested in the Ohio State job Norlander said that his sources said he was, just the timing wasn't right. I guess they never got to the "serious negotiations" platau for it to be a breach of contract.

How the heck is "serious negotiations" defined

I would assume he has to contact the UK administration for each job that he enters negotiations for. The blanket statement I'm looking to leave for Ohio State as the other poster is alluding to wouldn't cover the basis for him to just start talking to any school whenever he feels like it without notifying UK first. Cal screwed up this time if my understanding is correct.
