Interesting article on who they think cleaned up on the transfer market. ......

It’s a new frontier in the world of college football and, following an uncertain and tumultuous year, the excitement has been building for a much more normal season. The transfer portal has certainly been adding to that intrigue.

Programs have been able to rebuild in different ways, replacing departures with experience in this new “Free Agency Era” for the sport.
The NCAA introduced the transfer portal on Oct. 15, 2018, providing athletes a path to explore their options. Players do not need to ask permission from their coaching staff in order to transfer. They merely need to request that compliance enter their name. Usually, it takes 24-48 hours for a player to appear following their request. Schools are free to contact a player without restriction once their name appears in the portal.

Someone linked a similar CBS article yesterday, ranking the top portal pickups. I found it interesting that Levis did not make their Top 100. I think that might tell us more about to whom CBS panders, than it does about Will Levis.
