I hope Mitch has spoken to all of the potentially returning players and incoming recruits just to reassure them that they will be kept informed as soon as a decision is made, and contacted by whomever the new coach is very shortly after. And ask them to be patient and not make any quick decisions at this time.

I'm not sure any recruits will follow Cal there. That was surely something he didn't see coming. They may not stay committed to UK, but I think there's a better chance they do than to follow Cal to Arky.

My prediction, 1-2 follow him to Ark, 2-3 go elsewhere, 2-3 stay with UK.
If I had to guess, Perry & Quaintance & Cyril stay, Knox to Ark, Fland and Richmond elsewhere.
