Reclassify/Murray Question

What is the deadline for someone to decide if they are going to reclassify up a year? I know Murray has Oregon recruiting him too but are we the only other ones on him besides the ducks?

What is the deadline for someone to decide if they are going to reclassify up a year? I know Murray has Oregon recruiting him too but are we the only other ones on him besides the ducks?

There is really no deadline, he just has to finish everything needed to graduate high school, whether it be this semester or this summer and then enroll in college in the fall.
