Did Mitch rush this decision? Was Pope not on majority of our radars? Yes. But what's done is done, dude understands our passion. Support Pope and Hate Mitch, you can do both. Not certain that Mitch rushed the decision. We had our list of candidates that we kicked around all week. He was obviously working from a very different list.

I’m willing to wait and see how it works out. If it turns out to be a bad hire, Mitch will feel the same amount of heat that Cal felt in his last days and weeks.
