Whatever dude. There are 50 other quotes from him and other Founding Fathers I have cited that you chose to ignore because it blows your argument out of the water.
Are his actual letters located in the Library of Congress good enough for you?? 🤣🤣🤣

According to The Congressional Register Madison, on June 8, moved that "the civil rights of none shall be abridged on account of religious belief or worship, nor shall any national religion be established, nor shall the full and equal rights of conscience be in any manner, or on any pretext infringed."

"I have no doubt that every new example, will succeed, as every past one has done, in shewing that religion & Govt. will both exist in greater purity, the less they are mixed together."

What religious melding of state and church, precisely stated, are you so opposed to?

Don't say abortion. Plenty of secular people think that is murder as well.

What does that leave you, Village Idiot?

Did the Floyd riots and protests not occur?

Were we still in the throes of the early pandemic?

Did fauci amd other health authorities and 'experts' give it the green light?

Which of these is untrue?

Were YOU, personally, SCARED to death of COVID at the time? Eh, SCIENCE DUDE? 🤣

I'd think that having selected Michael Cohen as a leader in your organization would be a strike against someone running for president. JMO.
He was just a lawyer... Do you do a background check on every lawyer you've hired or do you expect their oath and title to keep them somewhat honest?

When have I EVER defended the Floyd or BLM riots? Never have....Never will.
Peaceful protests yes. Riots no.
Don't remember what Fauci said but I stayed away from big crowds until I was vaccinated.
Those riots were stupid gatherings as were the dumbazz Trump rallies.

There’s no conspiracy, everything I stated is true.
Have you ever seen a lawyer on a jury, let alone 2?
I didn’t say they were “ evil”, I stated realities and you came to that conclusion .

Why is this trial being allowed to occur? There is no way in hell thus trial happens in NYC if it’s a Democrat, rightfully. So why is it now?

It’s a farce, solely for political purposes.

I think what the Biden admin is doing - sending a top DOJ official to NY, forum shopping, making up crimes, cutting deals with witnesses to commit perjury, etc. - is actually a conspiracy.

Who knows how the two lawyers ended up on the jury. It can happen. No basis to dismiss for cause and out of peremptories. They were not placed there by an invisible hand.
But the judge did choose wed as the off day to keep Jews off the jury and to keep Trump from campaigning as much... or at least those concerns were shot down by the judge.

So scared I went into my school to work with my students even though schools were shut down. Played basketball in the gym as a reward with the ones that volunteered to come in to learn in person. My special ed kids didn't do jack sh** online which is why I got special permission to allow them into school.
We socially distanced as much as possible and wore masks. It was a good experience for them....lots of individual attention.

That last line is interesting to hear, and I'm curious if you truly feel this way.. because if so, you'd be the first lib I've come across who thinks THOSE riots were as bad (if not worse) than Jan 6th. So far, they all looked the other way as cities burned that summer.. but it was the Jan 6th riot that made them finally come around. Weird how that works, huh?

I personally think Jan 6th was dumb. I don't really condone anything more than peaceful protest.. but it was mind numbing to see people just shrug at the riots all these years in inner cities, but it was Jan 6th that made them weep for our nation..

New York I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the constitution of the United States, and the constitution of the State of New York, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office of [attorney and counselor-at-law], according to the best of my ability.

Pretty sure this is the oath you take in NY on passing the bar.

I've been away for a few days so I haven't gone back to review the dozens of pages of folks calling Dion a moron, pedophile, etc.

However, I did see an article just a few days ago that more and more communities are reporting that charging stations are being robbed for their copper wire, thus leaving them inoperable. Plus, the cost to repair those stations is not insignificant. Especially, if they get ripped off again. Tell me again how 100% EVs are the answer.
BTW, Dion is a moron, pedophile, etc.

Arguing about why a company has gone bankrupt instead of realizing how many businesses in the US are having to cut fat and shrink to stay in business.... That is Joe Bidens America.

My argument has been one thing. Your separation quote is made up. So I dont care to investigate the others because that is immaterial.

Yup. That's why they specifically didn't approve his proposal. He was in the minority with that opinion.

What do you mean?, “thats why specifically”

Theres a few documented reasons why and none that have to do with a hostility towards the act of prayer itself. Money for hiring a clergy (Franklins motion) was an issue, concern of creating panic and fear among the colonists, and many prayer groups and meetings were already taking place so there was a sense of redundancy with the request when time would be better spent on the meat and potatoes of why they were there.

Regardless, my point is that Sams “theocratic” boogeymen have been around since this country’s inception. Biblical influence is all over the DC. Hardly a new development among today’s Republicans.

What about Dear Leader's latest social media post? Just another innocent little mistake from an honest man right?
The White Power video was just an oopsie.
Stand back, and stand by for Proud Boys was just a misspeak.
Lotta good people on both sides meant nothing right?
Just a coincidink white supremacists flocked to DC on Jan 6th.

Weeeellll. Wouldyalookatthat.. a restaurant not owning the land they sit on. Gee I seem to recall a lengthy discussion on that very topic.

Yeah....Joe Biden's America....
Sucks to have low unemployment, record small business growth, record stock market growth and inflation going down. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

You would’ve hated Franklin during the Convention calling for daily prayer before every assembly to guide them.
Yes, some of the Founding Fathers were religious men...but many of the most influencial were not overly religious and were very opposed to the intersection of government and religion.
That seems to be a fact lost on many of the theocracy fans in the modern Republican Party.

It was a peculiar motion proposed by a Deist. Pretty obvious he saw it not as a threat even if “prayer” was not something he likely practiced himself. Christianity wasn’t offensive then to most because even men that did not claim it or practice it, often presented morals and values that aligned well with it and saw its usefulness for society.

We don’t have that as much today. Most of the culture is in direct confrontation with it.

Liberals go on and on about the separation between c/s but mostly we already have that, its the infuence or people of faith speaking and voting their conscience that todays left wants to eradicate from the public square which was never the Founders intention.

That being said, imo the “Church” has no business participating in politics, that’s not the mission of the Church and whatever type of gov (good or bad) that we have will have no bearing on the Kingdom to come. But as a civic duty, a Christian should vote, be vocal, and support causes according to those personal convictions. Like it or not.

Seeing that Ron Desantis was notified of the raid on Mar a Lago and sent a text to Garlard... Thanks for the heads up... That right there is why Ron lost the primary so bad. He served up an ally to benefit himself and it's even more clear now that the entire case was fraudulent. Ron should have told Garland that feds can't role over FL citizens for political reasons.

I agree with the majority of your post. But when the leading Republican Presidential candidate is selling 60 dollar Bibles to pay for court cases involving porn stars.....The line between church/state is in a place the Founding Fathers probably never imagined.

The gap between church and state has never been wider and the country has turned to shit.

You can’t see the forest for the tree that you’re obsessed with.
